Ingredients
- 8 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, toasted and sliced
Directions:
- In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, and basil. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to give it the finishing touch. Also you can add spinach dip on the bread to give a different twist!
